  • Q: How long does the inspection take?

    A: Typical inspections of residential properties take around 3-4 hours while multi-family and commercial properties can be up to 6 hours or more.

  • Q: When will I get my Report?

    A: Inspection reports will commonly be sent out within 30 minutes of the completed inspection, but not more that 24 hours after inspection time to your mobile number and email if provided.

    A: This can be a complex anser as each house is different. Some common problems found that might need to be corrected are mold, pests, toxic or chemical hazards, major structural hazards, plumbing issues, HVAC issues, trip hazards, and roof damage.
